At Swampy Couture, every piece is made to order — created specifically for you once your purchase is placed.

We believe in producing only what’s needed — a small act of sustainability that ensures your piece is crafted intentionally, not wastefully.


Eligible Returns (Defects or Errors)

We proudly stand behind the quality of every Swampy Couture product. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at support@swampycouture.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and its defect or error.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Slight variations in color, tone, or finish (especially with pigment-dyed or washed fabrics) are part of the garment’s character and not considered defects.

  • Items damaged through improper care, normal wear, or accidental misuse are not eligible for return.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.
If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please email support@swampycouture.com immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist before production starts, but cannot guarantee changes once your order is in progress.


Wrong Address or Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship it after receiving the corrected address.
However, additional shipping fees will apply.
Swampy Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery.

We recommend verifying your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider first — processing times may vary.
